I recently started IS A school and have found myself somewhat frustrated as it appears it'll be nothing like my recruiter told me about the job. And the instructors have reinforced that feeling when they explained potential duties and what i'll be doing. My question is what happens if I ask to get out. It is a really hard book to get into...it took me quite a few attempts, but one night I decided to read it to put myself to sleep, because i thought if any book could do it then it would be this one. But I was wrong...without any distractions like the tv or friends talking to me, I got really into it and it's AWESOME book. I ended up reading it until like 5 am and I was very sleepy in cl the next day, but it was worth it. It's one of the best psychological thrillers that I've ever read and I was shocked to find out that it was only her first book. I definitely suggest you keep trying...it starts out slow, but trust me it definitely gets better.

I try to conserve electricity by placing my computer in one of its low power states. So it should stay in low power mode until I activate it. Instead it will automatically start up within a few moments, and so the low power states obviously are not functioning the way I want them to. O.K. so i bought some damaged corals for a very cheap price. Before i put them in my tank i dipped them in a "coral disinfectant" and then proceeded to place them inside. I'm not a low carb pro but I am on a low carb diet right now to lose a quick 5 lbs... All the things you have listed are snacks, etc that I eat as well. I think the jello is fine considering it is sugar free and no carbs. I don't think you would want to sit and eat a whole bunch of it but through the day I'll eat about two cups of jello a day. Two cups is the most I have sat and ate at one time, after that I don't want anymore. The lemonade is a good idea. I suggest crystal light also, its really good and I drink a lot more water that way. Other snacks that I eat are dill pickles, olives, cubed cheese or string (stick) cheese, celery sticks dipped in ranch. I have not eaten pork rinds in years but I may give them a try as well.

I quit going to church for a while, but I have started going back. I went through some really difficult times in my personal life and I took my anger out on God. Thankfully He still loved me enough not to leave me though. I don't have a church home, but I am visiting different ones. Why would i feel this way after lifting?

I have noticed that when i steadily start a workout where i am lifting 4 days a week (all different muscles) that i start to get cankers and semi sick towards the end of the week. It does sound pretty good, but the major drawback is its really really small screen, the control ons don't look that great either. It's more of a budget MP3. But you can buy the same MP3 with 2GB off eBay for only $60+shipping, all you need is an SD card which isn't that expensive. I would recommend a creative zen MP3 instead.

I need some help with finding the right speaker/amp system for me...?

Basically i am a teenage boy who is into making music or producing as some people may know it. At the moment i am trying to build up a studio, so far i have a midi keyboard and midi electric drum kit. I also have an alesis mixer and a very bad guitar amp i am using for my drum kit. I am using a computer with cubase software and it is all working perfectly. Now the time has come for me to upgrade my guitar amp speaker set up to a decent set up. For my set up i would like a fairly cheap kit including pive speakers and an amp or even active speakers but i'd also like the quality that a producer needs to make music. I have had my eye on the jbl control series but hav'nt really researched them yet. My budget for this is around �150 but this is flexible, i know this is alot to ask and it is a very small budget but as i said i am a teenage boy :D any answers will be very gratefully accepted and i thankyou just for reading all of this in the first place :)

Advice for one of the most screwed up situations....?

I'm "engaged" to a man that's legally separated. Four years of going through a divorce and he's not legally divorced. We're in the middle of me adopting his son. We're also in the middle of purchasing a home (together) across country. Tonight I'm weeding through some paperwork, tossing out what's trash, packing what we need to keep. I came across a life insurance policy that was taken out about a year ago and his "ex" wife is the beneficiary. In all fairness to him, he couldn't find her for the divorce signatures and that's what took so long for the divorce. His company requires her to sign off as beneficiary because they're still married so he didn't bother asking her. He says he knew she wouldn't sign anyway. They were only married a bit over a year. Meanwhile, he questioned me as to why I put my sister down as my beneficiary on some paperwork last week. My reply: he's still legally married!!! Wouldn't this implicate his estranged wife with MY insurance policy? Am I wrong for feeling uneasy about this whole picture? Why do we allow men to put us through this crap?

I'm going to chime in on thinking this may be an internal issue. Many metabolic disturbances manifest with skin conditions. I would not buy any more rugs until you have your horse's skin tested and blood work drawn to check the chemistry and counts. This way you can at least rule out medical issues that could be causing the skin reactions. If a metabolic issue or skin condition shows up, then hopefully treatment will resolve the problem.

Hi I just turned 18 today. I want to get into the dating scene however I go to a really small school. Alright… There’s this girl that quite frankly, I believe I love. Can’t stop thinking about her and she is, at this time in my life, one of the few things that can actually make me smile. Its not that I am obsessed or infatuated, it is just more of my incompetence to be able to do what I need to. I am a sopre in high school and she is a junior. At the beginning of the school year, I had known her for a year and I liked her during the previous year but I made no attempt to get closer. This year that has changed and my interest in her has increased greatly as I got to know her better. I am doing everything in my ability to get to the point where I can ask her out. One major point to bring up is that to this date, I have never been in a relationship of any sorts. Period. After about three months of getting closer to her I asked my best friend (he had been friends with her since they were young) out of desperation, to call her up, ask if she thought I liked her and what she thought of me (he pretended he had no idea). She said she thought I did like her and that at that time she only liked me as a friend. Now, a month later, I had been talking to her pretty much every day. Both in person (on the bus everyday) and on aim. She was opening up much more to me and every once in a while she will bring up the fact that she thinks that she is fat. Now, I know that this is a big load of bull so I always just explain to her why she isn't and I just try and comfort her. Now, in a much broader period of time, I realized that I was talking to her a bit too much. Realizing this, I backed off, trying to give her some space. As a result, I think she doesn’t feel as pressured anymore, and as a result, when I do talk with her, the conversations tend to be much more engaging and just better overall. Unfortunately, I have gone back to my old habits of being too caught up in the moment and freaked out to ever talk to her in person. At this time, I haven’t the faintest idea of what she feels for me, and what is going through her head. The time I spend talking with her, even the time I spend with her when I don’t talk is an adrenaline rush like none other. I feel ecstatic. All of my worries and negative emotions flood away from me in an instant. I don’t know…. I don’t want to be an inconvenience I just really need to talk about it. Any responses would be amazing. Well Nick, as a Sirius subscriber for the last few years I can say that not much has changed for us Sirius listeners, the 80's channel now has all the original VJ's from MTV which is good, but we did loose a couple of channels, but they were replaced with some XM ones. As to all the channels for both, to be honest most of the channels on XM and Sirius were duplicates anyway, at least they played the same music, now if you want Oprah and Howard you are going to have to bite the bullet and purchase these channels from the A La Carte line up available.

Uhm, get the Pumas. I think they cost around $40-50. You can get them just around anywhere, though I see them mostly at Globo Shoes and at Payless. Payless is where you can get them for a reasonable price. The reason why you should get the Pumas is so they won't get dirty easily, though personally, I would not buy either shoes because they are not my style...but they'll probably look better on you anyways. It's bad to get caught up in a lie but from what it sounds like you are doing a good job keeping things under control . I remember what highschool was like the good and the bad parts-I made it out and I know you will be just fine- please do not do anything that would jeopardize your health and safety- Gaining admission to a school does not define who you are or what you know. I'm currently waiting for graduate school notifications to come back so I know how stressed you must feel. I think people will forget about this week's gossip and move on to what's new next week. Focus on your studies and on making some real concrete plans for after college. If people ask you where you are going, be honest- You aren't going to MIT- you are going (insert school here) or you are still waiting to hear back from more places. MIT is quite expensive really pushes the issue on why you aren't attending you can tell them that. Good luck with the rest of the semester!

A cpl of days later, they said they would not pay me as their revisor thought the translation was not up to their standards.
