Were these signs??????????????

I've been looking for my religion (I do believe in God) and I feel like God is trying to tell me which religion I should be but I'm sort of stuck somewhere between Christianity, Catholicism, and Judaism. ive asked for a sign and ive received some things which might be signs that i should be christian but im not sure. the first was i got a dream where i saw a baby being baptized, i also was walking and saw to blades of gr on the sidewalk that crossed each other to form a cross, and i also got a dream where i heard a voice that said "he who repents shall be saved", do you think these could have been actual signs that i should be christian or do you think it was my imagination?
