How can we end the 'affirmative action' law?

This law was SUPPOSE to PREVENT discrimination against not hiring minorities for jobs. But in reality, this law has CAUSED 'reverse' discrimination. Now, EVERYONE BUT WHITES will get the jobs first. No longer do employers hire people based on their job qualifications. THey are hired based on their RACE. Race does NOT get the job done. This law has made the 'minorities' rebellious in that they do NOT do their jobs and KNOW they can NOT get FIRED because of this! This was the START of the DOWNFALL of the American economy. Minorities are hired, NOT knowing HOW to do their jobs, or in MOST cases, not WANTING to do their jobs, causing items produced in America to be BAD. No WONDER people buy MADE IN CHINA!!! Employers KNOW that these employees are NOT doing their jobs, but are SCARED to FIRE them for fear of lawsuits! SO, they have to pay these employees to NOT do their jobs, while the QUALIFIED people are left to get unemployment! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?!?!!? Get rid of affirmative action NOW!!
