Is there a time too late for my landlord to contact me by telephone?

she called me the other night multiple times, including a text message that says she wants to have a meeting with me, her, prop manager, and all of the roommates. the last call (all ignored) was at 9:15 pm. i live in oregon. this is on top of a list of allegations towards her, but i haven't found this answer quite yet....thanks.
