Do you think this guy likes me?

OK, so there is this guy. His locker is right under mine. Everytime I open up my locker, he slams it shut, continuously. He tells me things that have happened, like if someone started a rumor and he was near me, he'd tell me what it was. When he's walking down the hallway by himself, and I'm walking down the hallway with my friend. He's usually behind me. When my friend turns to go to her locker, or homeroom, he will catch up with me. He always makes me laugh. He sits next to me in homeroom. He shows me everything he writes on his binder. He says "only his friends can read what's inside". He put a dollar in the pocket of his binder, told me to look inside the pocket, i grabbed the dollar and he said you can keep it. I'm a little confused on whether he likes me, or is just a tease, or a player. MIND YOU THIS IS THE 7TH GRADE.
