Whenever I am in cl and it's quiet my stomach starts to gas up what could this be?

My stomach starts making noises like I'm farting when I'm really not it gets to the point where I have to walk out the cl and go take a bowl movement. What is this I just wanna be normal please help me :(. I can't even sit anywhere quiet without being nervous this always happens what is it! IBS?
