Lawsuit: I had a 15-20 ft fall. I was renting an apartment. what can I expect?
I was renting an apartment the balcony colapsed with me on it. The landlord had just been there a few days before and fixed the rails and said it was safe to use. I hurt my back. After 3 months of physical therapy I had to force myself to go back and work so I could have insurance because the were denying liability. I worked through the pain for a few months but my pain was increasing and could not continue and had to go onto state itance. I have gone through physical therapy, steroid injections into my spine and will be under going spinal fusion in a couple weeks which may or may not fix the problems. So I was wondering what I could expect for the process, money, and amount of time it will take to finish? So here is what I deal with daily if that might help, I am now affraid of heights, can not have an ual relationship with my wife, loss of flexibilty, can not play with my kids, cold is very painfull (live in Maine), can barely push a vacuum, sitting and standing is very uncomfortable, and car rides are a night mare because of the bumps. Since this fall I have gained over 50 lbs and my blood pressure and pulse have risen to possibly unsafe rates bp 148/108 and pulse 104. So what should I expect?
