Okay so..I'll try to make it easier..If not, I'm sorry. For the first one, you need to write out the equation. Balance the equation (don't forget about diatomic elements HONClBRIF). Convert moles of ammonia, to moles of nitrogen. It depends on the coefficients in front of the elements in the equation. Um..Sorry, I'll just let someone else explain =P
