At what age can i move out?

i really dont like teh way i live at home, like it seems to me like my dad dont like me, all he does all the time is yell at me for stupid crap and he almost dont let me do anything, and i dont really have friends because even they say that he's rude and thats why they dont wnat to come to my house, i was just wondering if anyone had any like website that tells me at what age a i can move out and stuff, i'm from texas and some people say that you can move out when you are seventeen, which is called the in between age, but some say you cant till your eighteen, i dont want any dumb ideas like well just say that you are abused or negleted or soemthing i just wnat to move out wiht no hel, its not like i would be living alone i would be moving in with my sister we have already talked about it ,its just my dad isnt for the idea of me leaving at all so does anyoe know of that website or of any website that can give me more info?
