my father is diabetic. I thought if I was going to be living here I would make myself useful, so I volunteered to do the cooking. I was hoping that I might be able to get some suggestions. I would love to find a good cook book and I'd also like to hear from others who have lived a diabetic lifestyle hoping you can give me any or all resources you have used that you found to be helpful.
