Help with applying for Medi-Cal!?

I don't want to cheat the government, I've done my duty for Uncle Sammy, I have paid taxes for 15 years while I had a decent job, never cheated the government and paid Ceasers things to Ceaser. I'm law abiding and take care of my kids and most of all "I'm a US Citizen"!. I need to apply for medi-cal to get a painful scar callus growth removed off my thumb, but when I applied several years earlier a few times I kept marking something wrong down and kept having to do it all over again. I never realized how much trouble you have to go through in order to get Medi-Cal. .....the question.... are there any suggestions or spaces I need to watch out for? So I don't mark something down that I shouldn't of have? I live in California. Like I said, I just need it for a small piece of tissue removed and to get new gles. My kids are already insured by their mother
