Since the mountain west is getting stronger...?

Even though the Mountain west has gotten notice as of late, the big east conference is still a traditional power conference. It wasn't to long ago when Miami and Virginia Tech were the talk of the big east and projected to play in the national championship each and every year. The Big East yes has lost it's strength but is rebuilding. Just as the Big 12 this season. and the Big Ten a few season back. Just because the Mountain West is strong thing year wont make it strong next season. Don't forget that they lose BYU and Utah the following year to the Pac-10 and BYU going independent. Let's be more happy that the lesser known conference such as the Mountain West and WAC are getting notice much more than before.
