Will Saddam's execution deter other dictators from commiting crimes against humanity?

As long as none of the other dictators cross the U.S. we could care less about the crimes against humanity they commit. There can be genocide, m executions, no civil rights but as long as you don't try anything against us, you're in the clear. That's the truth. Just look at WWII. It wasn't until after Pearl Harbor that we decided to take up arms and save the millions of Jews that were being slaughtered.
